 Blog 1.2 Rubik's Cube     Hello fellow  classmates! It is only week 2 of trying to master the Rubik's Cube, and it has already been eventful and frustrating. This week I have been practicing the first step to solving the cube, creating the white petalled daisy. I am able to understand and solve this step, thanks to the helpful source of YouTube. In order to later place and solve all of the white faces properly, you must first structure a daisy looking image on the cube. This has not been the most difficult step.      The next step is to turn the cubes  downward with a special algorithm I have learned. Once you do this, my YouTube instructor insists that the whole white face should be solved along with the bottom layer of the cube. As you can see in my images below, I successfully solved the white face. However, only half of the bottom layer is solved, the red and orange faces. My goal this next week is to figure out where I went wrong and to hope...

 Blog 1.1 Rubik's Cube         This week I will be  researching my chosen Genius Hour project, the Rubik's Cube. The Rubik's Cube is a 3-D puzzle used to test one's skills and concentration to complete and solve the game. I have learned with research that this puzzle will require a lot of studying and practice to accomplish my goal of solving the cube. In order for this to happen, my first step will be to purchase the game itself.      I believe that my  Shark Tank pitch presentation went very well this week. I included and thoroughly covered all of the given points that were instructed in my slide show presentation. Learning how to solve the Rubik's Cube will be a very difficult process, however I am willing to take the time and follow the steps in order to complete my goal. If for some reason I encounter problems and set backs that prevent me from fully solving the puzzle, I hope to gain knowledge on this subject and be able to educate...
